With one word, Barack Obama lost the enthusiastic support of one in all his most famous supporters last night.
Requested by Piers Morgan if he is pleased with the way in which Obama has been operating the country,"Matt Damon simply replied: "No." He then elaborated:
"I really suppose he misinterpreted his mandate. I now not hope for audacity."
The Adjustment Bureau star cited education as one area during which he believes the President has failed.
"The concept that we're testing kids and we're tying academics salaries to how youngsters are acting on exams, that sort of mechanized thinking has nothing to do with higher order. We're training them, not teaching them."
